A good customer service experience Temple Fork Outfitters

My last trip to South Padre Island ended up in a broken 8 wt rod. I mashed off a couple of guides because I couldn’t get the sections apart.

Since I’m going to Canada in a couple of weeks, I really wanted to bring that rod instead of using the guide provided one. I just happened to be in Dallas last week and the maker of the rod, Temple Fork Outfitters, is in Dallas. AND their office/warehouse was 10 minutes from the hotel I was staying at. So, I stopped by there and they give me a new section, no questions asked. That’s great service that will keep me buying more rods from them. Thanks TFO.
