    I don't think it's a Hardy. From the reel seat and winding check (metal piece in front of grip) it looks like a Horrocks Ibbotson rod. But I am not a expert by any means. I bought a rod similar a couple years ago to restore. It too did not have any markings but looks very similar many HI rods.

    Thanks! I'll investigate Horrocks Ibbotson rods. I haven't seen any Horrocks Ibbotson rods in the length I have as someone else told me it was likely a salmon rod. I'll keep checking though. Thanks for the lead.
